• Where is the store based?

  Gray, TN

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  If you are one of our lovely international customers, I do not have a shipping profile set up because of different weight and sizes of products! If you wish to order from Softly Southern, and live internationally. Please send me a message with all products you wish to purchase. Include, type, size, scent etc. I will weigh the products and set up a "Custome Order" listing just for you. I will then email you the listing link, and you can order from there. Hope this answers all your international shipping questions. If it does not, please feel free to contact me.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. I send packages Priority Mail Flat rate, which come with a tracking number for your convenience! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Disclaimer

  Statments made by Softly Southern Skin Care Company have not yet been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). No product offered is claiming to be able to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent diseases.
  ☆If reaction occures-discontinue use and consult a licensed physician.

  ☆If ordering during hot, summer months, I recommend having it shipped to office or bring inside directly after receipt. Keep items in a cool place & out of direct sunlight, Body Butters especially. Your items will melt, which will cause your items to loose the 'Fluffyness". If this occurs, pop in the fridge to allow it to resolidify. Your product will still be usuable, after doing so.

  Softly Southern Skin Care Co is happy to assist you with Bulk/Wholesale quantities!
  We supply products ranging from Baby Showers, Weddings, Parties, all the way to selling our candles to Spas to use for massage and Stocking High End Boutiques.
  As of December 6 2016, we have openings for bulk orders the remainder of the new year & would be happy to assist you! Simply contact me and we will get all necessary information

• Sizing Details?

  All products shown on the Softly Southern Online Boutique are Handmade. This means no two products will be alike. Please allow Variances between these
  products.
  ☆Product Containers Used: Glass Jars & Tin Containers with lids
  •Product Sizes: 1 ,2 ,4 and 8 ounce (Larger Sizes available with Custom Orders)
  ☆Because our products are solid, not liquid, size is based on 'Jar Size' not weight. For Ex: Whipped Body Butter will be packaged in a 4oz Jar, due to fluffy consistency, will not weigh 4oz. Thank You for understanding ☆
  ☆ Soaps Sizes: Weight ranges between 3.5 & 4.8 ounces (if you would like to know exact weight of your soap bar before/after ordering, please contact me for information).

• Pickup your order?

  You can choose to pick up your product, if you are located in the Tri-Cities TN area.
  ▪ Pickups are in Gray, TN.
  ☆Please contact me prior to placing your order, as I do no want you to be charged shipping, for a pick up order :)

• Can I change my items? Or add to my order?

  Once your order is processed, I will begin making your Product(s)
  ☆ You are welcome to make alterations to your skincare products, ie. Scent, color etc. Just do so before your order has been shipped, and sooner the better, Since your products are Handmade. ★If product is already made, I will alert you changes can not take place.

  ☆ You are also welcome to add additional products to your order! Just contact me before your order is shipped, & I'll do my best to add it to your current Package to avoid larger shipping cost! You will receive a custom Listing for additional item(s) for payment or a PayPal invoice to pay the difference of cost.
